48k km service confusion - Honda Pilot

i have an 03 pilot and it just hit 48k kms (~30k miles)

tomrow i was going to replace the cabin air filter , and change the VTM4 fluid and ATF

but i was looking through the owners manual and got confused

it says to change the ATF at 96k km but on the next page it says to change atf at 72k

i recall changing the atf back around 24k (not the complete flush, just drain and refill)

also for the VTM4 the manual says change at 24k and 72k while on the next page it says 24k and 48k

but its been almost 3 years since we bought the pilot so i should them both anyways right?

ATF is fine leave it
Cabin air filter do it
Want to take another look but I think VTM4 is 15k then 30 k and every 30k thereafter
