Default serpentine belt questions

Hello- I need to change my serpentine belt- could anyone post the diagram from the service manual please? For anyone who has done it themselves, is it straightforward or anything to be careful of? I've done a couple on my lexus and it was easy-it had a self tightening tensioner- just turn the pulley to the left to loosen, release it and it self tightens- is the pilot the same? Thanks for time.

Just changed the belt this morning. It's straightforward but can test your patience so give yourself plenty of time.

Here were the steps I followed:

Move and hold the auto-tensioner toward the windshield with a 14mm box wrench.
Slide the belt from underneath the tensioner pulley.
Now there will be enough slack to remove the belt from around the alternator, AC compressor and crank pullies - I was able to pull the old belt from underneath around the splash guard area where the oil filter is.
Install the new belt over the crank and AC compressor pullies.
Move and hold the auto-tensioner as in step 1.
Slide the belt over the alternator pulley and then under neath the tensioner pulley - This is most difficult step as it will take some patience to manuever the belt around. If you have large hands, you will have some difficutly since space is tight. I found it helpful to release the alternator cable from the blue holding clip to make more room.
Notes: Instead of the OEM belt I used the Gatorback Poly-V (4060470). Use an extra-long 14mm box wrench for better leverage on the auto-tensioner. My standard length wrench worked but it would have been easier with a longer one. Make sure the belt is lined up properly on the pullies.

I used a box wrench with a 18" length of pipe over the end as a handle....

Of the many different vehicles I have done this on the Pilot was the most aggrivating. It's wasn't difficult just a lot less straightforward than most others.

Can anyone provide pictures of this process? Anything wrong with buying a belt from autozone or advanced?

Nope......I went with a Goodyear Gatorback Poly-V belt.
