All OBD 2 readers are compatible with all post 1996 vehicles regardless of make
Codes that they will not read are manufacturer specific codes. For those you need the dealer or expensive unit costing in the thousands of dollars Generic OBD2 codes can be read for free by your local autozone |

In theory, that code scanner should work. It can read the following protocols:
ISO-9141, ISO-14230(KWP2000), J1850-VPM and J1850-PWM I believe the Pilot uses ISO-9141.
