Default dealer damage

I own a 2006 Honda Pilot EX, every time I go to dealer they damage something. This time they managed to crush my jack point on the driver-side rocker panel. You would only think getting tires replaced would not mean body shop repairs. So far with my Pilot I had to replace 4 sets of ext door trim, one interior door trim, one REAR end and dealer scratching up doors when they friged up trying to install vent shades. Please I hope Honda Canad reads this message.Bad enough this truck is a hunk of LEMON junk, now Honda dealers are destroying it to.

Sounds like you had one mechanical problem they fixed and the rest are the dealer.

Have you talked with Honda?

Go find a new dealer.

Had mine in for an oil change and the "complimentary wash" scratched the @#$% out of my paint job. I complained like hell to anyone who would listen and they said "it had to come in that way".

Uh, NO, it is only a few months old and I had wash it myself each time and those scratches were NOT there before I brought it in!

Our Acura dealer offers the complimentary wash while our Honda dealer gives you a free wash at a local car wash. The Acura service advisor usually couldn't understand why I did not want to take advantage of their free wash when I brought the MDX in. After watching them wash a few vehicles and seeing why all their service loaners looked like they had been washed with steel wool pads, I always made sure that "Do not wash" was clearly written on the service order.

Unfortunately, I didn't know they did this clear coat assault car wash, otherwise I'd refuse it as you did. I will from now on.
