Default Noob here.. Maintenence Req. Light on 03' Honda Pilot LX

Hi, new here to hondapilot.org, great place =)

Well, my parents had purchased a 2003 Honda Pilot LX w/ about 38k miles on it in Febuary. We've just about broke into the 41k Mile range and now the Maintenence Required light is on. The car never came with a manual... but I read the one you guys had here(great btw) and I couldn't find maintence specific things. The light isn't blinking, it actually came on today while we were replacing the rear wiper blade. Should we bring it into Honda or is it a change the oil type of indicator? Thanks in advanced

The manual will tell you how to reset the light.

Dont I just unhook the positive battery terminal and let it sit for like 5 minutes then replug it?
