Noisy A/C Belt - Honda Pilot

Hello,

I need some help (especially those with factory service manuals).

My air conditioning belt gets noisy whenever my radiator fans kick on (kind of wierd). I suppose it changes the engine rpm just slightly enough to cause the squeaking noise. Anyways, can anyone explain or show where the tensioner is for this belt? I would like to try and tighten it and see if that takes care of it. If I knew where the tensioner was I could replace the belt as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I want to apologize. I incorrectly assumed A/C belt when it is in fact the power steering belt I am looking to tighten. If anyone can supply me with info on tightening that belt I would be eternally grateful!

To adjust the power steering pump belt, you need to loosen the power steering pump mounting nut and bolt. Turn the adjusting nut w/ a open wrench clockwise/counterclockwise to get the proper belt tension, then retighten the mounting nut and bolt. For new belt, the deflection must be within 0.33" - 0.43".
