Nastiness at the beach!
Hey Y'all,
Just got back from Hermosa Beach. If you go to the beach this weekend, watch out for oil/tar deposits on the beach! At Hermosa, the deposits were from quarter-size all the way up to double-handful size and were located along the high-tide line. VERY MESSY! I'd be very surprised if Hermosa is the only beach in So Cal with this stuff washed up on it...
