Just last weekend I ordered the sweet cross-drilled and slotted rotors from brake performance . com, used 2009 Honda pilot calipers with only 7k on them, and Akebono Premium Ceramic Brake pads. This was going to be installed on my parents 2009 Pilot, but my mom was T-Boned in her Pilot on Friday.
With a heavy heart, i am offering these items for sale, and hope to help someone else with a Pilot can use these parts. I am selling them below what I paid, and am taking a huge loss just on the shipping it cost me to get them to my house. OEM 2009 Honda Pilot Calipers ($75x2) = $150 Front Cross-Drilled and Slotted Rotor Set (Silver) #CS-40071 = $150 Akebono Premium Ceramic Front Brake Pad Set = $100 Total is $400 plus shipping. I could also try and return the brake pads, if you are wanting to use your own pads, and that would bring the cost down to $300. Another interesting item is that these parts will fit on any Honda Odyssey with 17" Rims. It would be an awesome upgrade to the single piston calipers that the Odyssey shares with the CRV. As long as you have 17" rims, you can upgrade your Odyssey to Pilot Rotors and calipers. |
