I had an idea for a long time to have an integrated keyfob for my Integra instead of key and fob. After researching, the Integra and the Pilot share the same frequencies (which is abnormal since Honda/Acura likes to use the 313MHz freq.). Looking to buy two Pilot key fobs so I can perform this mod.

Yeah, but it's not just about frequency. The fob sends out certain "codes" on its transmit frequency and, while your Integra might "hear" it, it may not do anything with it because it's not understanding those codes. The two vehicles could speak totally different languages, if you know what I mean.
