2003 Pilot EX-L for sale - Honda Pilot

Hi. I'm looking to sell my Pilot. Here is some info. It is a 2003 EX-L in Sagebrush Pearl. Added accessories include a roofrack with crossbars, and the side steps. The car has 62,000 miles on it. I am the original owner and it has been driven by my wife mostly locally with the kids. It has never been in any accidents and never been smoked in. Overall condition is good. It has the usual few dings. Otherwise the paint is in good condition. The interior is in good condition with no rips or tears in the carpet or seats. Mechanically it is in very good condition. The last oil change was about 6 mo ago. I just replaced the rear shocks a week ago with KYB GR-2 shocks. About 6 months ago Honda replaced the timing belt, water pump, drive belts, tensioner, coolant, and front and side engine mounts. The tires are in excellent condition and have most of their tread left. The front and rear brakes have had the pads and rotors replaced, and brake fluid changed, about 2 yrs ago and are in very good condition. There are several things wrong that I know of. 1). The drivers door lock actuator does not work. Here are 2 threads that explain the problem: 2003 pilot driver's door and Door actuator part numbers? . I looks like the part is about $40-50 for a DIY and about $200 for the dealer to do it. 2). The power transistor for the rear blower does not work. So the air does not get to the 2nd row vents. Here is a thread that explains it: Rear blower Transistor Fix . I is a $10 part and fairly easy DIY to replace and probably about $200 or so for the dealer to do it. 3). Lastly, there is a CD stuck in the CD player. The dealer could not get it out. The radio and cassette player work fine, it just cant play CD's. It's being looked at by a car stereo place right now. If it can't be fixed there are many OEM head units on ebay around $50-100. The car is being detailed next week.
I am asking $12,500.

Update. Stuck CD was removed and the CD player works perfectly now. The car has also been professionally detailed. Here is the craigslist link: 2003 Honda Pilot EX-L

Another update. The drivers door lock actuator has been replaced by Honda and now works perfectly. The rear blower transistor will be replaced this weekend.

The rear blower transistor is replaced and the rear vents work perfectly now. Took literally 10 minutes. Now all problems have been fixed. The car will be listed on Auto Trader on Monday so if any interest let me know.

Still for sale. Car is in great shape both cosmetically and mechanically. All issues have been fixed and it runs perfectly. I'm lowering the price to $11,900 obo. Here is the listing on Craigslist.
