Anyone know what is the probable cause of the dirvers side blows considerably warmer air in comparison to the passengers. Any help is greatly appreciated!

If you are using the A/C, a low charge of refrigerant can make it warmer from one side to the other. I'd start with that before i started changing parts. If it's for the heat, it's likely a mode motor as stated above.
