I have an 05 with roughly 150k miles on it. I started getting codes P0306 and P2279. Changing all of the spark plugs and replacing the coil pack on cylinder #6 seems to have taken care of code P0306. I also recently cleaned the throttle body, removed and cleaned the ERG valve, and cleaned the upper intake manifold. I used carb cleaner on all of the hoses looking for a vacuum leak but didn't find anything. Any suggestions for what might be causing code P2279?

I have also been experiencing rough starts, mostly when the truck has been sitting overnight and it is cold out, and the VTM has been coming on. The VTM light usually turns off after truck has warmed up or at the second start up of the day.
