Has anyone had any experience with replacing the PCM in their pilot themselves? Looks like mine has crapped out and I am more than likely going to purchase a used one vs paying about $1200 for a new one. Really just looking for anything i may need to know outside of unplugging the connectors and removing the bolt, repeating in revers order..... Thanks.

Isn't there issues with the immobilizer? I think the ECU, Ignition switch & Key all have to match for the engine to start. You may want to talk to a dealer tech (not the service writer) about this before you drop money on an ECU.
