Angry 2012 EX-L > 1100miles > Mind numbing vibration @ hwy speed

So I bought a new 2012 Pilot to replace our 2007 Odyssey. During the test drive we never went over about 50mph but even still the salesperson and I noticed a certain vibration that could be felt everywhere. S/P said the tires are most likely flatspotted and that it will work itself out, if not they would "make it right". My instinct was to pick another Pilot but this was the only one in color and options we wanted in our area.

SO! 1100 miles later and at 50+mph there is a mind numbing vibration that makes carrying of a conversation with 2nd and 3rd row passengers impossible. Every surface shakes! Under 50mph the ride is smooth as glass.

Dealership pulled another 2012 EX-L off the lot with same tires and wheels and swapped them over to mine. On the test drive with new wheels there was THE EXACT SAME ISSUE.

Dealership gave me a loner and said we may need to keep it for a week. Could be bent axle, rotor out of round, tranny prob, ect....

This sucks! 35k$ and already replacing major parts?

Please tell me someone else has had this problem and after a simple fix all was well.......please. My wife is already pissed I traded in the minivan and now a loner is sitting in the driveway.

Sorry bro my 2012 exl has been smooth as butter in one week of ownership and I've driven at 80 mph on my daily coo mute to work. Def something wrong from what you're describing!

My 2009 developed a big vibration all of a sudden. Turned out to be the front lower control arm bushings. Cost about $450 parts / labor /allignment (out of warranty) Yours sounds worse than mine though. I could certainly feel it, and if I let go of the steering wheel I couldn't read the letters on the buttons. But no one else in the vehicle noticed it so much.

Have a 2012 EX-L 4WD. Vibration at 65-80 mph from day one. They swapped out 4 tires and had to realign becuse it was out from the factory. Just got it back today and the vibration is still there. At 70-75 it will put your legs to sleep.
