Honda Pilot 03 - Beam Light Problem

Hi,
I have a Honda Pilot 03 and I have a problem with the beam light.
The Problem:
If the regular light are on and i want to turn on the the beam lights, both beam lights stay dark and the control lamp for the beam light in the
instrument panel don't go on.
I guess this could be a relais problem.
Had anybody the same problem and what's the repair cost?
Could i repair this bt my own?
