Default 05 Temperature Control Module Problem

Anyone ever have their temp module stay ON? The Display is staying on and the fan is running with the ignition swith off. I can switch the fan off, but the display backlighting is still lit up. Any suggestions and help is appreciated.
Note, back in July I replaced the front blower SCR. The A/C and temp response is good.

First guess, there's a power relay stuck on. However, I'll defer to someone with a service manual for your year.

Hopefully a relay it is. I'm out of town and have been going thru some deep water ( slowly ) and I'm concerned with electrical issues possibly due to the water. I've already have seen this turn off properly, only to return later and find that it turned back on by itself. No evidence of water inside on the floorboards.

Uh oh. Water involvement, assuming you were wading before the problem first manifested, is not a good thing. I guess job one is letting the Pilot dry out properly and seeing what if anything that fixes.

Now your range of possible causes expands to include corrosion-induced shorts and the suchlike. Possibly time to lay hands on your own service manual and start following wires.
