Turn signals quit working, hazards still work

Our 2004 pilot's turn signals quit working recently and I can't figure out the problem...they were working fine then one day the inside "clicking" noise became irregular and then both sides quit working. No click at all. The lights all light up when locking the doors and when I turn on the hazard flashers so it's not the bulbs. All the fuses both under the hood and the inside driver side foot well are all good. I replaced the flasher relay with a brand new one but still no dice. All of the headlight functions on the signal stalk still work but I'm starting to suspect a problem with the stalk anyway. Any suggestions?

I'd bet money that the multi-function switch ("stalk") has kicked the bucket.
