Hello... I just had a quick question. Its pouring here and I did something pretty stupid on my way home. I was coming to an area that has flooding often and I didn't realize how bad it was till I drove in it. Usually the flooding is very minor. The vtm and cel light came on as I drove through it and stayed on until I got home. Shut the car off and restarted it and the lights went off. Did I possibly do any damage to my pilot?

You don't say how deep it was. But I would recommend you check your front and rear riffs for water contamination. Differentials and other parts have breathers. When immersed in cold water the temperature drop can if the breather is submerged cause water to be ingested into the diff.

Not too sure. I think if it was a regular car I would probably get stuck. I doubt the water was cold since it the outside temp was in the mid 80s. It was probably a good 10-15 seconds of driving in the water. Once I was out of the flooded area that the car drove through the pilot sounded and acted normal.
