Door locks and heated seats

I just bought a used 2004 Pilot and hit a few snags that I was hoping I could find quick answers to.

First off, the door locks. The passenger-side door will lock and unlock using the keyless entry or the interior locking switch, as well as the trunk. The driver door, and both passenger doors will not lock or unlock unless I manually do it. Do I need to just order new actuators and motors, or motors, or is there some other troubleshooting step I should try first?

Second, we can only have on one heated seat at a time. Oddly enough, if both heated seats are on high, nothing happens. If one is on high or low and the other off, it heats up fine.

Anyone have any ideas?

I would pull each switch out and confirm you have power to each switch. If not, determine why. maybe check fuses, relays, etc. May need a wiring diagram to help.

If yes, confirm that when you operate each switch the switch works and allows power to flow to the actuators. If not, replace the switch.

If you have power to the actuators and still not working, then the actuators need to be replaced.
