Engine light and VTM-4 light stays on..Please help

It's a freaking coincidence or what that I registered on this website to know some OEM part number yesterday and today my car's Engine light + VTM-4 stays on when I am driving and it really freaked me out now.

On starting, this is sequence of events

1. The engine light first flashes
2. Engine lights then becomes steady and stays on
3. VTM-4 light comes on and stay


I am going to take it to dealership on weekend but I need to know what the hell went wrong .

Mine is 07 certified Honda Pilot EX-4WD that I bought last year June and still in warranty. The mileage is approx (35K). I have driven only 1500 miles so far.

I have few questions:

1. What does it indicate when the engine light and VTM-4 light stays on ? I hope its not that expensive.

2. Secondly, is the dealership going to do it for no charge since the vehicle is under warranty ? I am not sure what is usually covered when you purchase a certified vehicle but would appreciate if someone can throw some light on it so that the dealership won't rip me off.
