Andre Pink Champagne will work, but I would go for a good wine instead like Pinot Grigio from the Cavit Collection or Beringer White Zinfandel, If you want something sweet try Ballatore Roso Red Spumante or for a little more money a good german wine like Riesling Spatlese by Schmitt Sottne this is my favorite.
