OP, thanks for some great consolidation.
The link for the dust/pollen filter is still the honda-pilot one, and is broken.

Rocky, I figured that out but I noticed that almost all the other links were fixed. Just giving the OP a heads-up.
Man that filter was bad. It looked like mildew on both sides, yikes!

They still work without the hyphen, you just have to beat the re-direct or type in the thread number manually.

K&N
cross bar

Although you may occasionally find a link that is bad. The server crashed a while back and a bunch of threads were lost. Cross-references to the missing threads won't work.

Maybe someone can talk smurray or one of the mods into correcting the links in the first post (i.e., remove the hyphen from the links).

There may be other solutions but the only one I've heard of is the Neo for Nav unit from Neo Car Audio. But, I think it's pretty expensive (something like $350 or more). And, you'd still need to have a portable DVD player wired to it as a video source.

As far as I know, the DVD unit for your navigation system will not play a video DVD.

Since I wouldn't ever let a DVD be played on my navi screen while driving my wife just sits in the back seat and uses our portable DVD player to watch a movie on our long trips.

Good luck,
Larry.

Expensive mod but it can be done with a cable switch pigtail to an external DVD/ipod or the rear DVD player. Word of caution ...distracted drivers are a menace...in most, if not all, jurisdictions it is illegal to have anything but a NAVI device on a screen visible to the driver and/or front passender while in motion.

If you want a modification device for that you might try here:

OEM Running Board Install

I did this a few months ago... just thought I'd add it to this list:

06-08 OEM Running Board Installation

If it doesn't qualify as a DIY, feel free to disregard.
