Just picked up my 07 Pilot this previous Saturday. Being a Honda fanatic and having had Civics/Integras, I couldn't resist modifying my Pilot.
Picked up these smoked sidemarkers and they look great on my nimbus gray Pilot. The brand is Depo, and for those who are unfamiliar with that name, they make OEM replacement lights (so they are good if not great quality replacements). They also come with amber 194 bulbs. The sidemarkers were purchased from neondial on eBay. Installation was easy. Turn wheel towards the side you will be replacing to gain access to the three fender liner clips. Remove the clips, and stick your hand inside the fender. Squeeze the two ends of the sidemarker to pop it out. Make sure to wipe down the bulb with alcohol to remove oil/dirt prior to reinstalling the bulb socket.

Yes, it blends in better. Not sure how it will look on a lighter-colored Pilot. But I believe the seller also has clear sidemarkers.
