I'm trying to figure out should I get a full nose mask for my pilot. I'm going to drive from Florida to NY in July. Would it really protect it, I've heard mix things. Also looking to see where is the best price, its a lease.

I would go for the bug deflector for that very reason. The full nose mask will keep your Pilot looking like new.Its leather quality vinyl protects front paint from insects and minor road debris. I've heard mix things. It is very useful to pilot and you can also save your money.

The key with the full nose mask or bra is to keep it clean. If you leave it on for long periods of time dirt gets between it an your paint. This create a sandpaper like situation cause your nose mask and car will move indpendant of one another causing friction. Friction and dirt and paint is not a good condition. So, use it sparingly and wash it frequently. I got a bug deflector and i like the look of it and it should do its job of deflection stuff from the soft paint on the hood of my pilot since i'm on the highway 70% of the time.
