Default Potentially big news! Tim just might be back!!!

An odd happenstance led me to an email from the parts manager of Acura of Peoria, in Peoria AZ, today.

Dennis Cavanaugh, the Parts Manager of the dealership, was surprised to hear of the closing of Hondacuraworld after almost 10 years of service to the community. He recognized the relationships and rapport that I'd developed with all of you over the years , and thought that it would be a shame for the communities online to lose me. And, perhaps present an opportunity for their online sales department at the same time.

Regardless of the outcome, which is still in the very early stages, I would like to personally endorse Acura of Peoria as the place to go for online parts and accessories

Why them, Tim?

It's simple. Over 10 years of online sales, being a good, honest, helpful parts guy came naturally to me, but multiply that times the amount of customers I've had daily over the years, and it was an enjoyable challenge. Something I've had a passion for doing.

The way I see it, any business that wants to adopt or augment that same business model is a place that I myself would call. And that's a relationship worth having.

If things do work out, I'll be back doing the same things that I did for years, talking to old friends, and perhaps meeting a few new ones. Meanwhile, spread the word about Acura of Peoria, tell them Tim sent you, and just maybe, you'll be seeing their banner here with me at the controls

And if not, I'll still endorse Dennis....because he and I share the same honest, helpful approach to business, and an all around great guy. Thanks for taking time to read my post!

Oh, their phone number is 866-347-4510

Okay, I got a best new favorite Honda place on the inter web. And that Ray Laks guy, ... well he can go ... no, no, I won't say it.

I hope it all comes together.

Rust free cars unlike Buffalo, plus Honda power trains.

Does that mean nirvana?

Same here. I was going to order a trans cooler for my 08. Should I just give them a call, ask for Dennis and say Tim referred me?

Awesome, glad to hear it Tim.

So, are they actually going to do an eCommerce Site specializing in Honda/Acura parts, or is it going to remain phone-in only?
