Default Running Boards Question

Hi, newbie here.

I am due to get a promotion next month. We will celibrate with the purchase of an '09 Pilot Touring FWD. YIPPEE.

My question is we are considering sideboards/running boards. Which ones do you guys here recommend?

Thanks for any and all comments and suggestions.

Go with the Honda product and negotiate at the dealer.

I am not sure what "sideboards" are, but I had the Honda sidesteps on my Pilot for the 44 months I had it and they held up fantastically. In fact, the sidesteps I installed on the 2002 CR-V back in '02 still look great. When I bought my MDX a few weeks ago, I had the Acura dealer install the sidesteps on this one also. Like someone else posted before, stick with the Honda product, whatever you get.

We bought the Honda premium running boards (the one without LED Lights) a few weeks after buying our 09 Pilot. Paid $495 + tax for the running board and $95 for Installation. Some online Honda dealers sell this running board for around $450, but didn't want to hassle with shipping and the potential for shipping damage.
