I have a basic hitch on my 05 pilot for our bike rack but was curious about putting a rear carrier cargo unit on the back end to haul a few coolers and such at times.
Nothing near the weight capacity limits and i think my hitch is only rated for like 200-250 lbs, just thinking it might come in handy to grab one, saw harbor frieght has one on sale for $69 (at least in the mail flyer i just got) and its aluminum with 2 inch receiver. http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/cta...emnumber=92655 Was hoping maybe someone here might have experience with other carriers or the harbor frieght one (haul master I believe its called). I did a quick search of harbor freight carrier but got zero results. If money were no object id get a rolo hardshell unit , but $69 vs $599 to carry some stuff to the forest preserve etc I figure I will go cheaper vs more expensive at this point. Bill

There is a discussion about this already in the 09 area.
Roof boxes, anyone using one? I have the Hitch Haul and love it.
