07 Honda Pilot Chrome Door Handles - Honda Pilot

Does anyone know where I can purchase chrome outer door handles for my Pilot? I was wondering if the Acura MDX has the same handles? I believe they sell them in chrome.

Not sure if 09 is the same as 03-08, but REALLY need to know! And, I believe the MDX handles are ALL chrome from the factory.
