Default Running board or Step bar?

Hi. I am getting my 2009 pilot in a month and have to decide on which to get, running board or step bar. What is the difference? Which one is better (looks and use)?

Thank you.

JB..

Honda Pilot Running Boards are full length, wide step platforms. Premium or Lighted are available and help protect the vehicle from some tire spray . HP Step Bars are "side pipes or nurf bars", they provide a step but don't help with tire spray coming up from your fron tires. Both mount about the same, Cost varies.
Do a search in the forum for running boards and side steps and you will get pictures and opinions from other members that are already posted. I went with the Premium Running Boards and they look great IMHO.
