Any updates on your stone/bug guards? I've read that some people's experience with them aren't too positive as they still see some chips near where the guards should be protecting.

Anyways... I'm trying to decide whether to grab the AVS or the WTs for my Gray pilot. Anyone have a gray with one of those btw? TIA

The bug shield mounted easily. I did not use the bump ons (they are not needed). I did have to raise the catch that locks the hood down. I believe it was only 3 bolts you had to loosen in order to adjust it. Otherwise, you had to slam the hood pretty hard to get it to latch.

Are there 2 different heights of the AVS model? I dont care for the really big OEM Honda bug guard.

Is the AVS the full height one-or the regular bug guard II? The item numbers are the same so its a bit confusing

2 weeks ago I purchased the weathertech bugdeflector installed in ten minutes no issues with closing the hood. It does have the weathertech log which I will be removing shortly. I went with weathertech as they are 7 miles from my home. The gentleman there told me that if I damage it ie. carwash, rock they would replace it at a reduced rate.

hey guys!

I love this forum, I just got a 07 Pilot CPO and it comes with the OEM Bug Guard, I was wondering if I should keep it or get a AVS or weathertech.

thanks!
