Default First Wash and Wax in a Year!!

The SE US has been in a drought. In the Raleigh NC area, they have had yard watering and car washing banned for almost a year. Limited car wash facility use but I don't use them. Had a good coat of Klasse All in One and Sealant Glaze last spring so I just made do. We finally got some rain in the past few weeks and in Rocky Mount we can wash our vehicles. (Don't think Raliegh can yet).

So I got my supplies

Finally finished except for the windows and yes I used the cleaner recommended by Jay - Stoner's Invisiglass.

Yes I wash, and All in One, and Sealant Glazed the top, no need doing all this to skip a spot. All I need to do is the seats.

Let the annual spring debate begin about which wax etc. to use.

You might want to park your car on the lawn when you next wash. I'm sure the grass will appreciate the run-off.

Looks great! I can't wait for the weather to warm up so I can do mine. For me, that's usually an entire weekend detailing my three cars, plus my parents' two cars as a thank-you because I usually do all of the work in their driveway (my house has street parking only).

good job, i feel better now that i see more steel blue pilots. i just got mine and it was the best deal on the lot so the color was an after thought. took about 3 weeks for the color to grow on me, but now it would be in the top three is still like the formal black and the green.
best regards
your steel blue brother
