After successfully waxing the white paint of my '07 EX-L, I am unsure what surface protective measures should be taken with the black painted areas around the front windows, etc. Is there any reason to treat those areas any differently that the white painted areas?

I find Mother's Back-to-Black an good choice. It works great on all color exterior trim, bumpers, bumper guards and flat blacks.
