Default Cleaning stubborn stains

My Pilot is a few years old now and I've tried to keep a coat of wax on it as much as I can (using Zaino) but inevitably I've gotten some stubborn spots on my paint which just wont go away with regular washing. I need to bring out the artillery on these stains... what would you suggest using?

Have you tried any of the quality Cleaner waxes? IF that doesnt bring it out you can try polishing compound, but be careful, it does take off the stains, but the paint too.. so use it sparingly.

Since you are using zaino, you could try their Z-PC, which is a polish/paint cleaner.

I you could give a better description of the spots, that might help.

I used Meguiars Paint Cleaner on my old 94 Honda Accord. It was white, and we lived in a townhouse and the car sat outside all of the time. In the summer, it was especially difficult to remove bugs and tar (even w/tar/bug remover), but the Paint Cleaner did a great job removing that junk and oxidized paint. It still waxed and polished to a nice shine after using it.

I use the paste form of Meguiar's Cleaner Wax twice a year on the Pilot with exceptional results. I've yet to encounter a stain I couldn't remove with it.

A side benefit is that it leaves a really nice shiny finish comparable to other dedicated waxes and polished I've used in the past. Highly recommended...
