Question How do you safely remove carpet?

I have somehow managed to get an oil stain on the light gray carpet of my 2003 Pilot. I have seen people remove the carpet from an Odyssey and use a home carpet cleaner on it.

Has anyone ever done this with a Pilot? If so...how do I do it without screwing up the carpet?

Thanks,

Some carpet cleaning units have a hose and fitting so you can clean chairs. If you can find one like that you wouldn't have to remove the carpet.

Stoner Carpet Cleaner is an aerosol foam that'll dissolve the oil, and you won't have to remove the carpet to clean it.
