Take it to the dealership. It's under warranty.

There is probably a seal that isn't seated properly.

I belive my wind noise is because I put door protectors on the side of the doors so I don't have such a great seal there.

If you think you hear wind now wait until you drive through the rain and you hear the rain dropping in the door channel! That I've been hearing since even before I put on the door protectors.

Waxed my car. Got a bunch of car wax on the seals and it has never been the same. Road noise is higher.

I believe I read that there is a TSB from Honda on this having to do with the window channel seal. Check with your dealer.

Are we talking about the "thumping" (fluttering) noise when only one window is open or something else? If it's the former, this is nothing new. The aerodynamics of a boxy vehicle causes the interior air pressure to cycle up/down through the open window. Try opening another window on the same side or opposite corner.

If you're talking about noise with all windows close, please disregard.

I apologize. After looking back, I believe what I read was TSB 15-087 for my wife's 2015 Accord wind noise issue. Same issue with same symptoms on the Accords. I guess Honda hasn't acknowledged it yet for our Pilots.

I had wind noise on my 14 Pilot also. I believe it is the coming from the pillar and fender. There is a gap that allows wind to come in. I sealed it with ensolite. Its much better now. Not sure if that helps gen 3.
