Latest '16 headunit software?

My 2016 EX headunit has been acting funny, and I'm trying to see if there's any newer software available for it (hopefully with bugfixes). The dealer says they don't know version numbers, and have to plug in to the OBDII port to find the head unit software version. When I go to the device info screen I have:
Android version 4.2.2
Master version 9GA29612
A15 version 6120
SH4A version 0660
SH2A version 5042
TouchPanel Config version G.009

Are there more recent updates than what I'm running?

My 2017 EXL (built in Jan, 2017)
same Android version.
master version: 97A39024
a15: 0240
sh4a: 0120
sh2a:0112
touchpanel config: G.010

Mine also displays
Model Type: PH3700WB

Really cannot tell who has newer version as numbering doesn't make sense to me.

Is is it possible for a consumer to update the software version(s) by him/herself or is dealer service required?

I'm not at all surprised that a different model year has totally different versioning numbers.

Dealer has to do it It'd be nice if Honda made the updates available for end users, though I guess it's somewhat understandable...if someone bricks their phone or tablet, it's not nearly as impacting as if they brick part of their car.
