Rear Camera

Just came from a 2014 Ford Explorer to a 2017 Touring Pilot. I must say the Ford was much nicer, but now I'm into this. Ohh well...

That being said, anyway to have the rear camera stay on when going from R to D up to a certain speed like 5mph. It's nice to still see that back while going forward for a few seconds. This helps in parking and other situations.

I am so disappointed in Honda's user interface; they did such a horrible job. Uggg!!!!!

I personally love it. Have no idea how to keep the rear camera 'on.'

Had a Sister in Law who had a Ford Explorer, they had too many problems with it and now have been very happy with their Honda for five years.

Takes all kinds to make a world, though.

Good luck!

Just curious, if the Explorer was so much better than your new Pilot, why switch?

Why do you need to see behind you when you are already moving forward? What's the benefit?

Is this what Fords do?

Watching for Chevys sneaking up from behind.

Humorous take on an old Ford advertising jingle: "Have you driven over a Ford... Lately?"

My Volkswagen did the same thing. IIRC it's so it didn't keep switching on and off when you were doing something like parallel parking.

It could be good if video stay on at the speed <5 m/h, but after 2005 car I so happy with all the features 2016 has. I guess I'm not spoiled. Also if you look to help to park it better to get self parking car
