Can I fold driver side mirror for garage parking?

Just got the EXL model. I am wondering if I can fold the mirror by hand. Thanks!

We fold the driver's side mirror every time that we pull into the garage to buy an extra couple of inches of clearance.

Once you've done it once and gotten over the fear of breaking it, you'll be fine.

It would have been nice. My guess, it was a cost thing and/or a new feature in a future annual update for the 3rd generation pilot...Ex. Car Play for '17, folding mirrors in '18?

All Canadian Touring (Elite) get it and we pay a lot less for our Pilots. If you convert our lowly dollar to USA funds you would pay $ 38,000.00 for a Elite plus we get heated windshield

Ouch! Just goes to show that Americans have no problem paying more for something that is cheaper elsewhere. That and I'm sure the bulk of the difference are import fees, taxes, etc.

Make sure the wiring harnesses are the same, or those parts will have nothing to plug into. There aren't usually unused electrical plugs floating around in these vehicles. Wiring harnesses are custom for each trim level.
