How 'bout that! Both of us "Lone Rangers" (apologies to

I think
Mr. Ziploc and I just sorta associated the lower trim (with garnish & foglights) with "the way a Pilot oughta look" because the first Pilot we ever laid eyes on had those accessories. (For that matter, the running boards, too). Also, that first Pilot was Silver. So here we are, driving around in a replica of that first Pilot we fell in love with!!
(Plus, I do think the lower trim adds a hint of macho to liven up the design a bit
)
