ONE MORE LUNCHEON BUMP--In case new DC/MD/VA members out there missed it........

I've cobbled together a preliminary list of those saying YES or a STRONG MAYBE to attending our Pilot Meet luncheon. Also, I've included cost info. below.

Because June 14 is expected to be quite busy, I've had to give Cozy a tentative head count to reserve space. I estimated 35 folks, but we need to give them an EXACT count NLT June 6.

First, here's the deal on luncheon price; all of us to have the buffet:

Adults: $10.99 (All prices include tax and gratuity)
Kids 7-12: $6.99
Kids 3-6: $4.59
Kids 1-2: Free

Note that, as a group, we will need to pay via a single check. So, please be prepared with the exact $ amount for your party, based on the above all-inclusive prices, that we will collect at the luncheon.

Below is the list of attendees thus far, with Pilot color indicated.

Note the following comments:

* If I don't have your info. correct, PLS. POST THE CORRECT COUNT HERE ASAP, BROKEN DOWN BY ADULTS AND KIDS, BY AGE GROUPS GIVEN ABOVE.

* If you initially had expressed interest, but now find you can't go, PLEASE POST HERE so I can remove you from the list.

I just learned from by boss that my company has a new business start up abroad. The tentative kick off day is June 6th and I am going to be the project engineer. However, this project could be delayed, which I hope, given the passed experience. So, at this moment, I may have to drop from the list. However, if I do make it, its going to be two adult to attend.

By the way, I notice that I am the only one on the list has the white Pilot. I know kemosabe and you are still expecting a black pilot owner to join. I feel you guys will be disappointed yet to hunt for another white one. So, if you can't find a white replacement, I don't mind to lend my white baby to a care hand on my behalf to the lunch.

I'll save you a doggie bag... the next time we're in the Windy City (either Turkey Day or Xmas), I'll swing by Rockford and drop it off. I'll try to sprinkle some preservatives on the leftovers -- hopefully, it'll last until Nov/Dec!!
