D.C. Metro Area Lunch

I am originally from Fall Church VA and now live in Cary NC. I took delivery of our Pilot last June and we have loved it ever since.

Having said that, my family will be in the area to celebrate my nephews' high school graduation on June 13th. The Cozy sounds awesome place to gather and see other Piloteers!

OK, fellow Piloteers, I'm putting out one more call for participants at our June 14 Pilot Meet luncheon at the Cozy in Thurmont.

I've compiled a tentative list of attendees that I'll be posting shortly, for additions/corrections. I don't have a real good handle on how many are expected to be in each party, so pls. be thinking about who you'll be bringing so you can provide me this info.

June 14 is coming up fast!!!!!

Ziploc: Thanks for pinch-hitting for me in this thread and the new spin-off thread!!! Per our phone discussion on Wednesday, if we can't get a firm head count by the end of the day today (and it looks like we might not), then we'll just bag the reservations at Cozy and "wing it"... I don't want to sign a contract with Cozy and give them a deposit w/o a FIRM commitment, ya know???

Hi Kemosabe!

When I get home from work, I'll email you the contract to look over, before we decide to bag it....OK? I don't recall them wanting a deposit, but they DO want a firm head count commitment by June 6. If I understood correctly, if we come in under a minimum number below that June 6 head count, we have to pay the difference between actual number attending and that minimum number.
